CANCELLATION POLICY
Esthetician appointments that are ‘no shows’ or canceled/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of your appointment total. Botox & Filler appointments that are ‘no shows’ will be charged $100 for Botox and $650 for filler. Please cancel before 24 hours of your appointment if needed. Hair by Marley appointments that are ‘no shows’ or canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of your appointment total. We understand that some emergencies occur that prevent you from notifying us about your cancellation. We value you as a client and know things ‘just happen’ sometimes. Please try and let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please know that it can be extremely difficult for us to rebook that time within the 24 hours if you happen to cancel.

Whether you're receiving a facial, chemical peel, microneedling treatment, brow service, or custom spray tan, every appointment is thoughtfully tailored to your unique skin, goals, and lifestyle. As a licensed esthetician, I take a skin-first approach to everything I do. I believe beautiful results begin with healthy skin, which is why I place a strong emphasis on ingredient knowledge, professional education, and creating customized treatment plans that deliver both immediate results and long-term benefits. One of my favorite parts of this profession is helping clients understand their skin and feel confident in the choices they're making for it. My goal is to create an experience that feels welcoming, personalized, and results-driven… whether you're here for your first facial, your monthly brow appointment, or a flawless custom spray tan.
